- Activation: Upon successful payment, your CoreBiz Cloud account is activated within 24 hours.
- Onboarding: We provide onboarding assistance including initial setup, data import guidance, and a walkthrough of key features.
- Access: The service is accessible 24/7 via web browser from anywhere with an internet connection.
- Updates: Regular feature updates and bug fixes are deployed automatically with no downtime required.
2.2 Custom Software Development
- Discovery Phase: We begin with a thorough requirements analysis and project scoping session.
- Project Plan: A detailed project plan with milestones, deliverables, and timelines is shared for approval.
- Development: Work proceeds in iterative sprints with regular progress updates and demos.
- Testing & QA: Comprehensive testing is conducted before each deliverable is handed over.
- Deployment: We handle deployment to your preferred environment (cloud or on-premise).
- Handover: Documentation, source code, and admin credentials are provided upon project completion.
2.3 ERP & CRM Implementation

- Mobile Applications: 3-6 months depending on platforms and features.
- ERP/CRM Implementation: 1-3 months based on business size and complexity.
Note: All timelines are estimates and subject to project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes.
4. Communication & Reporting
- A dedicated project manager is assigned to every project.
- Regular progress updates are shared via email and/or WhatsApp.
- Clients have access to project tracking tools for real-time status visibility.
- Weekly or bi-weekly review meetings are scheduled for active projects.
5. Quality Assurance
- All deliverables undergo thorough internal testing before client handover.
- We follow industry best practices including code reviews, automated testing, and security audits.
- Clients receive a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) period to review and approve deliverables.
