Afnan Devs offers the following services:

CoreBiz Cloud: Cloud-based ERP solution with Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans.

Payments for CoreBiz Cloud subscriptions are processed through our payment gateway (PayFast) on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Custom development projects require an advance payment (typically 30-50%) before work commences.
Remaining payments are due upon completion of agreed milestones.
Late payments may incur additional charges and may result in service suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Afnan Devs website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Afnan Devs and protected by intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to custom-developed software as specified in the project agreement.
Afnan Devs retains the right to use generic, non-client-specific code, frameworks, and components developed during projects.
CoreBiz Cloud software remains the intellectual property of Afnan Devs; clients receive a license to use the software during their active subscription.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services or creating accounts.
Not misuse our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Provide timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

7. Service Delivery

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness.
Afnan Devs will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by client-side factors.
CoreBiz Cloud services are provided on an "as-is" basis with a target uptime of 99.5%.
Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Afnan Devs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

While we strive for excellence, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all specific requirements beyond the agreed scope.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in case of a breach of these terms.
Upon termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
CoreBiz Cloud subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
